The audacity of hope? The victory of hope over expectation? Or just plain old desperation. This is the same area where in 2007 realtors were offering buyers a free lunch, and a chilling reminder of my 2005 thoughts on a real estate unreality index. Lets hope the agents run out of listings before they run out of street corners for their signs.
